At Duchamp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Ensure all original tags and packaging are intact to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original Duchamp packaging and include the completed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
